BEACH SURF TENERIFE-EL WINDSURF GRAND SLAM 2025
This year 2025, the most impressive of the world tour windsurfing PWA (Association of Windsurfers Professionals) that will take place from 01-August 10, in El Médano, Granadilla de Abona, becomes the GRAND SLAM PWA WORLD CUP TENRIFE EL MEDANO where they will compete in two disciplines, Wave and Slalom X, allowing the participation of more than 160 windsurfers professionals from over 20 different nationalities.
In this way, ensures show throughout the event and allows you to keep the excitement and the constant activity of competition, ensuring the best to enjoy every day.
With this projection, the GRAND SLAM PWA WORLD CUP TENERIFE EL MEDANO not only maintains its relevance in the circuit PWA, but that is positioned as an essential event on the international calendar of windsurfing.
Location of the Event
Both competitions will be focused on the Playa El Cabezo (El Médano, Granadilla de Abona), one of the locations most iconic in the world for windsurfing. Conditions constant wind, wave quality and natural environment turn it into an ideal place for testing high-level competitive. In the form of Waves, this location is now recognized for its track record in previous editions and for being a spot of reference for professionals of the circuit PWA. In the Slalom mode X, this beach is widely used by competitors in this discipline, those who train throughout the year in this scenario to prepare their participation in international competitions.
